I set up this blog after I watch the film the The Painted Veil is a 2006 American drama film directed by John Curran. The screenplay by Ron Nyswaner is based on the 1925 novel of the same title by W. Somerset Maugham. Edward Norton, Naomi Watts, Toby Jones, Anthony Wong Chau Sang and Liev Schreiber appear in the leading roles.
When I watched this it also reminded me of the film The English Patient is a 1996 British-American epic romantic war drama film directed by Anthony Minghella from his own script based on the 1992 novel of the same name by Michael Ondaatje and produced by Saul Zaentz. The film tells the story of four people who find themselves in an abandoned villa in northern Italy in the last months of World War II.
For me it those books talk about what it is really like to be married and what it is like to really love some one.
I am a sucker for periodic dramas, true movies, they always say “Truth is stranger than fiction.”
“truth is stranger than fiction” Real life can be more remarkable than invented tales, as in In our two-month trip around the world we ran into long-lost relatives on three separate occasions, proving that truth is stranger than fiction. This expression may have been invented by Byron, who used it in Don Juan (1833).
I know that over the last number of year there have been many books that are aimed at adults and talk about adult life and relationships one of these being the popular Novels “Fifity Shades of Grey.” That I personal know very little about.
I set up the blog to post information for adults to view and to possible find information to things in life that maybe they do not always want to talk about or know where to find the information they are looking for.
I think the one of the hardest thing about being an adult is not having time to take care of you and having someone how maybe able to be there to take care of your and your needs first.
The Painted Veil blog is to help you with this and to also remind you that nothing is what it seams.
